Today, Lori Sams shares how God is working through Ciudad de Ángeles, a children's home in Mexico that has been caring for vulnerable children for many years. As Grace Chapel's representative on the ministry's board, Lori has witnessed firsthand the impact that faithful caregivers and a Christ-centered community can have on a child's life.

At Ciudad de Ángeles, children are surrounded by love, stability, and family. From school and discipleship to shared meals, worship, and everyday moments of childhood, the ministry strives to create an environment where children can flourish physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The dedication of the house parents and staff reflects the love of Christ in tangible ways.

Lori reminds us that God's love is often demonstrated through simple acts of service and generosity. Through our partnership with Ciudad de Ángeles, we have the opportunity to help provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can experience hope, healing, and the love of Jesus.

- Thank God for providing a place of safety, stability, family, and faith for children facing loss, abuse, or abandonment.

- Pray for the new children at Ciudad de Ángeles. Ask God to give them the time, patience, love, and security they need to learn that they are safe and that they belong.

- Pray that the leaders of Ciudad de Ángeles will never lose sight of their mission: to provide children with a safe and healthy home, raise them in the knowledge of Christ, and prepare them to become responsible, compassionate Christian adults.
