Day 1 • 127 PURE • Alec Johnston

"Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you."

James 1:27 NLT

-----

Today, Alec Johnston introduces us to 127 Pure, one of our mission partners serving in India and Nepal. Through this ministry, vulnerable children, widows, and families are cared for in practical ways while also being introduced to the hope of Jesus.

Alec reminds us that Jesus cared for the whole person, meeting physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. That's the heart behind the work of 127 Pure as well. As Alec shares, there is a deep hunger for the Gospel in both India and Nepal, with many people eager to hear the Good News and respond to Christ.

As we begin Missions Month, this video is a reminder that God is at work far beyond our own community. We invite you to learn more about this important ministry and join us in praying for the people and churches they serve.
