Prayer Requests • 10/27/2024

Loretta Brown (Pigg): Passed away on Thursday at 87 years old. Services will be held at Snellville Church of Christ on Monday, 10/28; visitation at 10 a.m., service at 11 a.m., and interment at 12 p.m. Wages Funeral Home of Snellville has the arrangements.

Reba Shackelford:  GC member Stephanie Cervantes lost her mom Reba on October 10th after a prolonged illness. Please pray for Stephanie and family that God gives them comfort and strength throughout and beyond their grief process.

Pam Neuburger: Had a serious fall last week and broke her nose. Please pray for a speedy recovery.  Also, pray for her 99-year-old mother-in-law, who is in rehab after experiencing a broken hip.

Kim Doris:  Thankful that Kim was able to have a MRI this week to help diagnose and treat the pain she has been experiencing in her chest and sternum. Lord, be with Kim and provide a solution for healing, and be with Mom, Betty, as well.

Bobby McVey: Treatment for lung cancer was put on hold for a few weeks while Bobby continues recovery from successful triple bypass heart surgery. We pray for healing and full restoration of health, and strength for wife, Carrie, and family.

Sherry McMillan: Will be undergoing radiation therapy as a follow-up to a breast cancer lumpectomy several weeks ago. The plan is for radiation only, no chemo.  Please pray for healing and complete recovery.

Roger Khan: Many of us know Roger and wife Cindy (members at North Atlanta). Roger has been dealing with pancreatic cancer for quite a while, and the prognosis is not good. Lord, please heal Roger, and be with him, Cindy, and all the family.

Mark Sampley: Rick’s brother is in need of prayers as he continues hospitalization in Chattanooga. Please pray for Mark’s physical and mental wellbeing.

Ted Rose: Please pray for Ted, as he is in the hospital with a reaction to the immunotherapy treatment he is having for cancer.

Christina Johnson: Traveling to Zambia, Africa for a mission trip, 10/25–11/3. Please pray for health and safety, and open the hearts of those she meets, that they may hear your Word.
