This Sunday begins a period of prayer and fasting for the entire GC Family. Everyone is encourage to commit to some version of a fast from food and/or abstaining from some form or media/entertainment/etc. for this next week.  Families, this is a great opportunity to also choose a part of Scripture, a reading plan, or a devotional to read together as a family, which will hopefully guide you in having proactive spiritual conversations throughout the next week. If you need some suggestions, feel free to reach out to Rocky or other GC families to brainstorm ideas and share resources.
 
For this entire year, GC will focus on becoming people who show hospitality in order to show the love of God to others. During Youth Class in the month of January, we will follow the same curriculum that all adult classes will be using about learning to show hospitality.  We're encouraging everyone to begin praying about and looking for opportunities to show hospitality to others. On Wednesday, January 14, the entire GC family is invited to the "Church as Family" Potluck to help us kick off this new initiative for being a family who shows radical hospitality. Remember that dinner at Youth Night is FREE thanks to generous donations from GC families.  If you're able to make a donation, you may do so below, or drop cash or check (written to Grace Chapel and labeled with "Youth Night Dinner") in the contribution box in the GC Lobby. Sunday nights at GC, 5 to 8 PM
