We are excited to continue services inside of our building at Grace Chapel!  Below is an explanation of what our building will look like and what policies/procedures will be in place to ensure the safety of you and your family,

We begin live services at 9:30 a.m. on Sundays in the auditorium, adhering to social distancing guidelines. Children’s environments will be offered for preschool and elementary age kids, with nursery available for infants and toddlers.
  • We are currently offering a single worship service at 9:30 a.m. in our auditorium, with limited seating to allow for physical distancing.
  • We have increased the scale of our cleaning and disinfecting measures before and after services. We have purchased equipment that enables us to disinfect large areas in a short amount of time.
  • Hand sanitizer will continue to be offered in areas that are convenient and readily accessible.
  • Restrooms will be cleaned frequently, and we will continue to promote limited occupancy.
  • Host Team members and ushers will help direct foot traffic in the building, and services will be dismissed in an orderly fashion, in order to ensure that we avoid congestion.
  • We will continue to provide pre-packaged communion supplies, and offer both online giving and an offering drop-off box in the lobby.
  • Where possible, we will continue to offer a contactless experience by providing the weekly newsletter, songbook, and informational resources through the GC app.
  • We will continue to urge people who are sick, especially with symptoms related to COVID-19, to stay home until they have recovered. During this season we are asking for an increased level of self-monitoring.
  • Should Grace Chapel experience a localized outbreak, we will assist in the process of contact tracing in order to help limit the spread.
  • We will continue to provide a weekly live-stream for those who do not feel comfortable participating in person.
  • We will continue to monitor the status of the COVID-19 pandemic, both nationally and within our community, and are prepared to make adjustments to our plan as necessary.

  • At this time, wearing face masks is optional for all those in attendance.
  • Respect physical distancing while in the building.
  • Please choose to fellowship outside, as we will be making every effort to limit congestion in the building.
  • Arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to service. If you do arrive earlier, please do not enter the building, as we may still be cleaning and disinfecting.
  • We are asking everyone to help us out by embracing the attitude of Christ, even if you disagree with some of the measures we are putting in place. We understand that many things surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak have become shrouded in controversy, causing disunity and division. Please, let the family of God be a place of unity, regardless of opinions.

We will have limited seating available in order to provide a safe experience, adhering to social distancing guidelines.
